“2 Kids and a Dream Productions, LLC is a production company that gives a platform for artists to flourish their dreams. The production company is new and we are pleased to have Myron Schippers on board as our business consultant. He has given 2KAAD possibilities of thinking outside the box, but able to be strategic and tactful in our endeavors. As a production company, we are thankful to have someone that can lead us on a "business mind" path. Sometimes as artists, we forget how important this is. Myron has definitely taught us the power of entrepreneurship.”
Juel D. Lane – Dancer and Choreographer

He has helped my business grow incredibly and I would recommend him to anyone who is seriously started a business in any field.”
Ursula Kendall – CEO, Ursula, Inc.
“I have known Myron for about 6 years now and have worked many federal disasters with him. Myron was one of the most dedicated professionals throughout his work at Federal Emergency Management Agency. He is a precise and deadline oriented person with very good communication skills. He is also an Insightful strategist and a subject matter expert in his occupation. He denotes an in-depth understanding of Logistics. He has a wealth of wisdom and an exceptionally kind heart and personality. Myron is a loyal person with the ability to make good, sometimes bold decisions. He is a motivated, innovative and creative colleague. His open-minded approach could not be overestimated.”
Bennie Duncan – Government Contractor
“During my time working in the field of emergency management, I had an opportunity to work with many loyal, dedicated and hardworking individuals. One of those individuals is Myron Schippers. Myron's attitude and perseverance in his position allowed our team to integrate a sophisticated system into a complex environment under extreme circumstances.
Myron was always willing to leverage his background in logistics to improve upon whatever position he held. This attitude is what enabled Myron to seek and be granted additional duties and responsibilities throughout his time with the agency. His ability to see the "big picture" will allow him to become an immediate asset to any team.”
Scott Schroeder, Consultant
“Working alongside Myron with FEMA, I observed that he was a very decisive, out-of-the-box crisis manager; able to make quick and smart decisions, weighing a lot of factors in a short period of time. He was also a very humble man, and able to both mentor and learn from those around him- astand-up guy, and a leader, by all definitions!”
Jamie Dempsey – Owner, Moosehead Marketing Solutions
“Myron is one of the greatest planners/logisticians that I have had the privilege of working with. His ability to oversee and understand projects from start to finish is second to none. His attention to detail is impeccable. I have worked with him numerous times on different projects, and he has always had the best attitude towards completing a project in a timely manner while still focusing on the minor details that would hinder most. He is very cheerful person and brings a lot of character to any environment. It would be an honor to work with him more in the future.”
Jimmy Jordan – Logistics Section Chief, DHS/FEMA
“Myron is one of the most positive people I know. He is a fantastic mentor, and helped me get my start in business when I didn't know a thing. He is still a trusted resource I turn to when I have a question. I know I can count on him for honest, helpful, and encouraging answer that always propels me to the next level. Anyone who gets a chance to know Myron has been given a gift indeed!”
Rivka Kawano – Marketing Coach for Authors and Book Reviewers
“Myron has highly developed abilities that many ambitious young professionals, including and especially myself, only dream of presenting to the world one day.
More importantly, the most notable characteristic about Mr. Schippers -- if you have not had the pleasure of his acquaintance -- is the way in which he embodies emotional intelligence. One can study this concept in depth--but the integrity and resilience Myron already has instilled in him gives his relationships-- father, mentor, friend, businessman-- limitless rewards.
Those that truly know "Emotional Intelligence," like Mr. Schippers, know how to set and present boundaries, big and small, which makes him a leader you will take pleasure in associating with for a very long time.
As someone who is making his way from the up-and-down life of serving tables to a life one can truly be proud of, I like so many others encourage an invested "connection" with Myron Schippers, someone who seems invested in making possibility really worth being a reality.”
Dominic Daugherty – Hospitality Professional
“Mr. Schippers has been a tremendous help to the entire logistics staff. His knowledge and experience in the Regional Office as well as in the field have proved very beneficial. Mr. Schippers has a great “Can-Do” attitude that rubs off on all the JFO staff and he has an excellent work ethic. Myron held the title of Coordination and Planning Branch Director, but was instrumental in the overall success logistics has had at this event. He helped me indoctrinate the new logistics staff members in the FEMA system and the Region IV Logistics way of assuring customer service to both internal and external customers. I welcome the opportunity to work with Myron on any future assignment.”
Jim Lowery – Logistics Section Chief, DHS/FEMA
“I personally selected Myron Schippers to assist with the 2007/2008 GAP as well as the Critical Transportation Needs (CTN) Mass Evacuation Planning. His extensive knowledge of FEMA logistics and transportation requirements were key to the development of the concepts and methodology for these projects. Myron assumed the lead role for Logistics Planning using his background in operations and FEMA procedures to support the Federal Support Planning process. He was also assigned as the logistics transportation planner to all Region IV States and made special trips to Georgia, Tennessee, Florida, Alabama, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina and South Carolina during the CTN process. He worked closely with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Airport, the Air National Guard, state and local emergency management agencies to determine processes and requirements. Myron’s ability to effectively communicate was evident in preparing the Regional Administrator for briefings to the FEMA Deputy Administrator and his daily interaction with the CTN Team and other Federal partners. He was a major player in both CTN and Logistics overviews to ESF’s, Region IV States, and Senior Region IV staff for the 2008 GAP. He is highly regarded at all levels of the organization. He exemplifies the concept of teamwork. During Myron’s deployment the Region IV RRCC stood up for seven presidentially declared disasters, two non-declared storms and the Satellite Re-Entry effort. Myron provided his expertise in support all of these activities. He assisted our Planning Section with logistics and transportation resources tracking information as well as providing outstanding logistics support to JFOs. Myron has been a valuable asset to Region IV efforts. He is an outstanding Logistics and Transportation Subject Matter Expert and a dedicated FEMA asset.”
Stanley Copeland – Operations Section Chief, DHS/FEMA
“Myron makes things happen with results that are in tune with needs to be done and nothing more. This is a talent that few have and we need to capture his ability in major management roles. I would work for Myron because I know he understands people and can motivate them.”
