Born Richard E. Williams, thirteenth of fourteen children in North Carolina to Hazel and Paul Williams Sr. on January 23, he’s a natural entertainer. Richard survived being run over by a car at 14 months and feels, “That God spared my life for a reason and I feel dedicated to achieving, in his name, while I work to improve the lives of others.” Richard graduated Cum Laude from Shaw University in Raleigh, NC with a degree in Behavioral Science, Concentrating in Sociology and a Minor in Criminal Justice. He ventured to Atlanta in 2001 where he capitalized on his degree and worked several years in the field of Human Relations and Behavior Modification. Today Richard is the CEO of one of Atlanta’s more successful security companies and has built a made name for himself as a talk show host, model and entertainer named “Rajheem”.

No matter the venue or event he always delivers an explosive performance that captivates the audience and takes them on a creative ride through life’s possibilities. Beginning in 1996 with courses at Elite Model and Talent Agency’s junior “John Casa Blanca’s model and career center, The Alliance Theater, and Terri Vaughn’s Tree Sound Production Actor’s Classes, Rajheem the Entertainer came to life and he has become unstoppable. Rajheem appeared in several independent films and stage plays such as: “Gone”, “After the Morning After”, and starred in “I’m in Love with a Dancer”. He someday hopes to work directly with top artists and to put his own stake in the Hollywood film industry. He is inspired by some of today’s greatest actors such as: Denzell Washington, Will Smith, and Jamie Fox however he has often proclaimed “I’d like to work with Will Smith, Shawn and Marlon Wayans and Jamie Fox the most because they are hilarious”.
With the death of Rajheem’s mother Hazel in 2011, he has found a new passion to, “Create more than just a leg-up for my family tree I’m building a legacy for myself and my family by taking this “Edutainment” concept to a corporate level”. Rajheem and his new business partner has formed Lezah Development Group, LLC dedicated to provide new Entrepreneurs and Entertainers with professional business coaching and mentoring to help others achieve their goals in business and life. The first production ready to hit the road under the Lezah Develop Group name is Rajheem hosting “Elevate 2014” a TV Motivational Speaking Team. He loves to make people laugh, his charismatic personality takes the industry to another level by entertaining his listeners while he educates them; “ed-u-tain”. Rajheem believes that, “We as the human race have been miseducated as the great Lauryn Hill put it, but I believe we have arrived and don’t realize it. There is “power in the tongue.”
